Spinach Artichoke Dip

If you are looking for the ultimate party dip, look no further! This is a dip that everyone seems to love. It is rich, creamy, cheesy and has a bit of kick at the end. It is incredibly easy to make, just mix it all together and bake! I find that using marinated artichokes gives the dip an extra level of flavor, but you can use regular canned artichokes if you prefer. Trust me, you can never go wrong with a hot, cheesy dip. I like to serve mine with an assortment of vegetables, crackers and tortilla chips. It is also delicious with fresh baguette slices or pita. Packed full of spinach and artichokes in every bite, it will be hard to stop eating it once you start. Enjoy!
