Mix, drop, bake. That is literally all you have to do to have buttery delicious biscuits ready in 15 minutes. Since moving to the south, biscuits have become a food that I never knew I needed in my life. I had tried biscuits before, but never a true southern biscuit. The biscuits here are a whole other level of delicious. Biscuits are so versatile. You can have them with your coffee, with chilli and stew. They also go great with BBQ. My husband like them smothered in gravy, whereas my girls and I eat them with honey butter. The possibilities are endless. This recipe makes 9-11 biscuits, depending on the size. Enjoy!
