The Best Coleslaw Ever! That is a bold statement, but in this case, an accurate one. This is the best coleslaw you will ever have, I promise. Everytime friends invite us over for dinner, they ask me to bring the coleslaw. It is incredibly easy to make. I like to make it in advance and leave it in the fridge for all the flavors to blend. I very rarely have leftovers when I serve this coleslaw. It works beautifully as a side with any type of protein. I also love to add it to my sandwiches or on top of burgers. Give it a try, it will be the only coleslaw you will want to eat!
Ingredients:
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- I cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
- Mix together cabbage mix, cilantro, parsley and green onions.
- In seperate bowl, mix together all other ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- Stir dressing into cabbage mixture until fully coated.
- Serve right away or refrigerate until ready to serve.
