This recipe gives a tropical feel to one of my favourite cocktails, the Moscow Mule. It is very easy to make and is always a hit with a crowd. The flavors of the lime, ginger beer and pineapple juice work together beautifully to make a light and refreshing cocktail that you will be making again and again. Typically Moscow Mules are served in a copper mug, but they are just as good served in a tall glass. This truly is a perfect cocktail to make as we enter into the warmer months.
- 2 ounces vodka
- 4 ounces ginger beer
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
Garnish: fresh mint, pineapple slices, lime slices
Add ice to a copper mug or tall glass. Stir in the vodka, ginger beer, lime juice and pineapple juice until well combined. Add desired garnish and enjoy!
